Senior Care Checklist ®

Oftentimes understanding when assisted living is the right decision is difficult.
For example, he or she has Alzheimer’s and “seems” to be capable of living alone – until you discover simple daily tasks such as dressing, bathing and timely medication are often forgotten.
To help you, we have included a quick check list to aid in determining when it is the right time to make the move:
- Unable to help himself/herself in case of a fall or emergency
- Unsafe to be along for 24 hours
- Weight loss and dehydration
- Unable to prepare nutritious meals
- Inability to manage medications
- Increased forgetfulness
- Poor personal hygiene
- Home is unclean / unkempt
- Incontinence
- Depression
- At high risk for senior fraud
Being proactive gives you options beyond traditional nursing homes. Give us a chance to show you the next generation in elder care.
