We offer a continuum of care from help with daily tasks to skilled nursing care. Our general care classifications are outlined below:
Directed care:
Skilled nursing care where all personal needs physically and otherwise are performed by the care giver including specialized medical support under the supervision of an RN.
Personal care:
Personalized assistance with grooming, eating, and mobility and some limited physical support.
Supervisory care:
Very low levels of personal assistance with daily grooming and mobility.
Continuum Of Care Advantage
We support all levels of care in every residential care home providing a rare resource for long-term elder living. This enables you and your loved one to enjoy the future in a familiar, comfortable neighborhood among friends.
Daily or weekly services include:
- Nurse on staff
- 24-hour care and supervision
- Medication reminders, Management
- Diabetes, insulin scale management
- We manage residents with dementia
- Daily range of motion exercise
Assistance with all levels of personal care:
- Routine personal care
